We gathered in the ashram, laid a yoga mat on the straw bed, took a few goat snacks and invited the goat in to meet us.
When goats wander around, touch us, chew our hair, and defecate on the straw, We bravely try to do yoga.
Most of the time, we took pictures, took goats, and waited to see if they would climb to us (they didn’t).
\"If you\'re willing to sit here and touch the goat, that\'s fine,\" Lu instructor --
Alan Murray told us.
She is from Sun dog yoga and joined with Sena Caton.
The goat made a variety of distracting sounds.
